Passing of Milan Town Judge, Hon. Kenneth J. Kremenick

Written By: Benjamin Goldman, Esq.

On June 28th, 2022, the Honorable Kenneth J. Kremenick passed away unexpectedly. He served as Town Justice in Milan Town Court for 39 years (1983-2022).  The attorneys at the Benjamin Goldman Law Office appeared before him on numerous occasions. He was a fair and even keeled judge; the most attorneys can ask for. The Benjamin Goldman Law Office offers its condolences to the Kremenick family.

If you have a ticket pending in Milan Town Court, there is a good chance your case will be delayed or rescheduled. An interim judge will be appointed to fill his spot. Eventually a permanent judge will be elected.
