Mendon is a town in Monroe County, New York. It is an affluent suburb of the City of Rochester., the population was estimated at 9,300. Mendon makes up forty square miles and is located nineteen miles south of Rochester. Inside the town is a village named Honeoye Falls. It is the town’s main population area.
