The Benjamin Goldman Law Office

The Benjamin Goldman Law Office is a traffic ticket defense firm. We opened in 2011 in Monticello. Since then, we have helped many motorists in Cochecton and other Sullivan County justice courts. Our firm takes traffic ticket defense seriously. We investigate and pursue every legal avenue to get the ticket thrown out. If outright dismissal is not possible, we are only satisfied with a reduction to a parking ticket. A parking ticket does not have points, does not go on a driving record, and does not affect insurance premiums. If we have to take the case to trial, we will do our utmost to get a not guilty verdict. The vast majority of our cases are resolved in a way that is advantageous to our clients.

Points Reduced or Money Back Guarantee*

Our firm offers a Point Reduction or Money Back Guarantee*. This means we will issue a full refund of your legal fee if we are unable to reduce the points added to your license as a result of the ticket.

*Traffic tickets only. Does not apply to misdemeanors and felonies.
