Fulton is a city in Oswego County, New York. It is considered part of the Central New York region. The city is around 25 miles northwest of Syracuse and around 15 miles southeast of the Lake Ontario shore. As of March of 2022, Fulton’s population was at 11,506. The city covers roughly five square miles and is split in two communities by the Oswego River. Fulton was originally incorporated as a village in 1835. Later in 1902, it obtained its city status.
