For any traffic related charges in New Rochelle, it is prudent that you contact a traffic lawyer before you take action. Specific steps at the outset of a case can make a difference between a dismissal and points on your license. Please note, your attorney can go to court instead of you. Furthermore, you do not need to present your attorney with a defense in order to fight your charges. A good traffic ticket attorney can get your violation dropped or reduced on procedural and technical grounds, irrelevant of whether the allegations are true or partially true.
